How to Return & Exchange

 

1. Review Eligibility

  • All sales on sunglasses, handbags, shoes  accessories are final unless the item arrives damaged.
  • Non-damaged items may only be returned within the 7-day grace period and must qualify under our policy.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

2. Contact Customer Support

  • Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue.
  • For damaged items, include clear photos of the damage.

3. Receive Return Instructions

  • If your item qualifies:
  • Damaged items will receive a prepaid return label.
  • Non-damaged qualifying returns require the customer to purchase their own shipping label.
  • The correct return address will be provided once your request is approved.

4. Package Your Item Securely

  • Use the original packaging when possible.
  • Ensure the product is protected to prevent damage during transit.

5. Ship the Item Back

  • Attach the provided or personally purchased return label.
  • Drop off the package with the carrier listed on your label.
  • Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
  • Send  your tracking info (self purchased) to Trackorder@weekndshop.com

6. Processing & Outcome

  • Damaged items: A replacement will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Eligible returns: Refunds will be processed for the item cost only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is complete.
