How to Return & Exchange
1. Review Eligibility
- All sales on sunglasses, handbags, shoes accessories are final unless the item arrives damaged.
- Non-damaged items may only be returned within the 7-day grace period and must qualify under our policy.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
2. Contact Customer Support
- Reach out within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, full name, and a brief description of the issue.
- For damaged items, include clear photos of the damage.
3. Receive Return Instructions
- If your item qualifies:
- Damaged items will receive a prepaid return label.
- Non-damaged qualifying returns require the customer to purchase their own shipping label.
- The correct return address will be provided once your request is approved.
4. Package Your Item Securely
- Use the original packaging when possible.
- Ensure the product is protected to prevent damage during transit.
5. Ship the Item Back
- Attach the provided or personally purchased return label.
- Drop off the package with the carrier listed on your label.
- Keep your tracking number until the return is processed.
- Send your tracking info (self purchased) to Trackorder@weekndshop.com
6. Processing & Outcome
- Damaged items: A replacement will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Eligible returns: Refunds will be processed for the item cost only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange is complete.
