Refund Policy

All sales are final on sunglasses, handbags & accessories.
We do not offer refunds or returns on any of the collection purchases unless the item arrives damaged.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You will receive a prepaid return label, and once the damaged item is returned, we will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued for items that qualify under our policy.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds apply only to the cost of the item itself.

Returns Within 7-Day Grace Period

If you choose to return a qualifying item within 7 days of receiving it (and it is not damaged), the customer is responsible for purchasing the return shipping label.
